The Comfort Home Program

The NYS Clean Heat Program
Heat pumps are a highly efficient alternative to traditional heating and cooling systems, capable of both heating your home in winter and cooling it in summer – often at a fraction of the energy cost of conventional equipment. The NYS Clean Heat program has been reauthorized through 2030 and is administered jointly by NYSERDA and the major New York utilities. Rebate amounts vary depending on your utility provider, the type of system installed, and your home’s specific situation.
